Max Point began its furniture sourcing journey in China in 2004.
This is where we built our foundation in China furniture sourcing, product development, quality control, factory coordination, production follow-up, and shipment support - not from a distance, but through years of working directly with factories, buyers, and production teams on the ground.
Over the years, our work in China helped us earn trust among overseas furniture buyers and North American furniture importers. During this period, we were involved in sourcing and quality control work connected to major names in the North American furniture market, including Dorel Home and Home Line Industries.
Our China sourcing network was built across focused furniture manufacturing regions, including Tianjin, Xiamen in Fujian, Dongguan in Guangdong, Hangzhou and Anji in Zhejiang. We did not build this network by simply collecting factory contacts. We built it through repeated orders, factory visits, supplier communication, production follow-ups, quality inspections, and long-term supplier relationships.
With more than 20 years of factory relationships across our sourcing regions, Max Point is often able to negotiate more competitive pricing, stronger supplier support, and better production follow-up than buyers may receive through direct one-off factory inquiries.
